Use the Account Activity View page to view an audit trail of operations affecting the currently selected account, either by you or by another application user.
The Account Activity View item list details the date, the time, and the event details of each activity affecting the currently selected account. If no activities affecting the currently selected account exist, the following message displays: Sorry, but there are no events to display for this page.
To access, click the Admnistration tab, then Accounts, then Account Activity View.
Notes:
Click on the Date and/or Event Details heading to sort the information in ascending or descending order.
The drop-down box defaults to 10 and needs to be increased if more activity needs to be viewed.
Click on the drop-down box to advance to a higher page number.
Clicking on the arrow () in the lower right corner takes you to the next page.
